Taking the plinth

Life is what happens when you're busy blogging on other matters, to paraphrase John Lennon. And life has been coming at me in a bit of a rush over the past few months, which is why I haven't spent very much of my time in the blogosphere for a while. More of that another time (if I ever manage to find the time). For now, hello again, I'm back: you might have seen me in Trafalgar Square.

I didn't see you at Trafalgar Square, but it's good that you got a good deal at Trafalgar Square; I'm targeting Parliament Square which means I have to pay 200 pounds to the Council for the first day that I sing the song "Gordon Brown be my Angel"
and 20 pounds each day after that, as approved by police officers talking about the Serious Organized Crime & Police Act 2005 Designated Area;
also equipment hire is 300 pounds for 3 weeks
so frigging expensive.
